Hello, my name is Elisa and I'm the owner of these rural tourist accommodation. I live in Setenil de las Bodegas and I love this area. My lodging are old family homes that have been completely restored to turn them into comfortable accommodations. Setenil de las Bodegas stands out for its blanched houses attached to the rock, while it is a paradise for nature lovers. There are many walking and biking trails, as well as rivers and streams. There are also many interesting towns and cities to visit, such as Ronda, Olvera, Zahara de las Sierra and Grazalema. Setenil de las Bodegas also stands out for its tasty and varied gastronomy, which you can enjoy in its several bars and restaurants. In my lodgings, I seek that our guests enjoy their stay in our town to the fullest and feel at home, providing them with all the comforts, helping them with everything they need and offering them recommendations about restaurants or interesting places to visit. All of people who we lodge in any of our accommodations, during their stay will be subject to this regulation, which is considered a contract of adhesion that must be fulfilled. Otherwise, the Management reserves the right to admit and remain. 

 CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME: The check-in time to the lodging establish in from 2:00 p.m. and must be vacated at 11:30 a.m. REGISTRATION: All guests must check in before entering the lodging.

KEYS: When guests leave the accomodation, they must hand over the keys of it. In case of loss of keys, the client must pay the amount of 10€ RIGHT OF ADMISSION: The owners of the accommodations reserve the right to admit occasional visits. In case of non-compliance, the property reserves the right to order the immediate departure of the visitor. SILENCE HOURS: It is between 24:00 Hs and 09:00 Hs.

Any damage caused by guests to the objects, movable property or property owned by the accommodations will be their sole responsibility, and they must pay for the repair of the same. Accommodation is non-transferable. The administration declines all responsibility for the loss of jewelry, money, documents or other valuables of any kind. It is strictly forbidden to have barbecues or any type of fire both in the courtyard and on the premises. If the customer fails to comply with theses norms and causes a fire, you will have to take care of any penalties, fines or costs issued by the administration. The owner of the accommodations is not responsible for any type of accident and/or event that the guest suffers within the facilities of the house such as falls, blows, animal bites, among others. The expenses incurred by this accident or event will be borne by the guest, exempting the accommodation from any legal liability.

The lodging service must be paid in advance, so all guests must cover the total stay when registering. If the client does not pay punctually or does not follow the cancellation clauses, he loses the right to use the lodging. The accommodation does not assume responsibility for external services contracted.

It is understood that at the time of making the reservation, the client and/or guest knows and expressly and tacitly declares that he/she accepts  in its entirety these internal regulations of the rented property, being in agrement and in accordance with all the aforementioned points.
